Position: Security Consultant
Location: Haywards Heath, , GB
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 05/22/2005
Dynamic Financial Services organisation with offices based across the globe are
seeking two Security Consultants to be based out of Scotland and London.
Role requires a highly motivated individual to drive the development of
Information Security related relationships between the group function and
individual business areas. The successful individual will be responsible for a
particular business area within the group to deliver information security
advice and guidance, manage the group service agreement and, overall, ensure
the business areas are aware of their Information Security responsibilities and
related risk position.
Accountabilities:
·Ensure efficient and effective delivery of Group Information Security
services
·Provide information security advice and guidance to business and
technology units
·Management of business and technology units’ expectation around
group services
·Assist in the definition of business and technology unit’ s
information security improvements
·Educate and present group services to the business and technology units
·Manage the collation of required management information from the
business and technology units
Salary: circa £55K base salary + final salary pension scheme + healthcare
+ opportunity to earcn up to £28% of salary in bonus on an annual basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
·Strong Information Security skills with a focus on security policy and
its application within the business and technology areas
·Strong customer focused experience with well-developed written and
verbal communication skills
·Experience in resolving services based issues
·Experience in presenting and working with senior business personnel
·Strong, structured and methodical approach to all work engagements
·Good analysis and problem solving skills
·Self-starter with project management skills
