Title: Product Manager
Location: Seattle


The Product Manager is the driving force behind the inception, planning, 
development, and delivery of new products to market. PM’s work 
independently and as a team member to develop, document, verify, and implement 
strategic and product decisions. PM’s manage the complete life cycle of 
definition, introduction, and sales life for a specific product or product line.
 
The Product Manager position is a key strategic position. Product Managers must 
develop a careful balance of future vision, near term opportunities, customer 
requirements, business savvy and management of day-to-day product issues. The 
ability to identify the questions, as well as the answers, is critical. The 
customer set varies from R&D, executives, channel, end users, other marketing 
functions and business partners. The position is very dynamic and the 
individual must be comfortable with frequent multi-tasking between technical, 
business, strategic, marketing, and planning activities.

Qualification
·        Minimum of 3 years product management experience.
·        Develop product and competitive positioning, financial return 
on investment analysis.
·        Thorough understanding of Internet technologies.
·        Application-level security understanding and experience.
·        Bachelor’s degree and technical experience required.
·        BSCS, MIS BSEE, BS or equivalent desired, MBA helpful.
·        Excellent leadership, negotiation & persuasion skills.
·        Strategic vision and ability to translate it into an actionable 
plan.
·        Strong customer orientation.
·        Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
·        Manage business relationships with partners - able to work with 
engineering, services and sales to drive product direction and revenue growth.
·        Ability to make decisions independently and/or as part of team.
