Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri, US
Type: Permanent F/T

Are you looking for a senior level leadership role in information security with
an organization that understands the importance of security and backs that up
with the necessary support to get the job done? If so consider this opportunity
which involves managing a 15 to 20 person Security Engineering team in a multi
platform complex IT environment. This is a highly successful and profitable
Midwest based organization that is experiencing excellent growth. You will
contribute to planning, creating and implementing a corporate security vision
and strategy aligned with the company's strategic business plan. Develop and
deliver security solutions for the business and customers. Handle escalation
and resolution of severe issues. Mentor and provide for the development of the
workforce, build internal and 3rd party relationships and maintain
accountability for financial implications of work including business case
development and budget management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this position you need to have large (Fortune 500 size) company
experience, an extensive background in Information Security including both
prior technical security knowledge as well as leadership and management
experience over a security staff of at least 10 or more direct reports who are
responsible for security architecture, all new security projects and security
product research and selection. The ability to effectively interact with
executive level management is a must. CISSP or other security certifications
strongly preferred.
