Pre-Sales Systems Engineers

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Webroot’s products,
partners and markets
• Design and present client specific demonstrations promoting the
technical and business benefits of Webroot’s security products and services
• Manage all technical issues and transfer of knowledge to all targeted
Webroot partners
• Assist in closed loop evaluation cycle within accounts and drive
deployment
• Team with account managers to achieve assigned targeted territory sales
quota
• Identify and maintain a presence with key users groups within territory
As a Systems Consultant you will assist in identifying and qualifying
opportunities for Webroot’s solutions at target customers in your regional
territory, some overnight travel required. You will introduce solutions to all
levels and departments required to complete the pre-sales cycle including
evaluations. Webroot is based in Boulder, Colorado. Our employees are our most

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Ability to evangelize product vision and understand customer needs
• B.S. degree and 5 years experience in a pre-sales capacity
• Strong background in enterprise software, preferable in the security
sector, such as firewall, intrusion detection, or network gateway protection
• Technical proficiency in: Windows, desktop applications, databases,
networking security, and web based research
• Knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with Security solutions,
competitors and market landscape is required
