Position: Security Engineer
Location: Westford, Massachusetts, US
Type: Permanent F/T

Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services, the experienced
professional hired for this position will work with our existing team, in a
business process / lead security role within information technology.
This role will focus on IT business processes with an emphasis initially on
security.
Projects this role will lead include:
Develop, write and implement IT policy and procedures
Develop, write and implement IT process and workflow(i.e. rules of engagement)
Research and recommend measures to secure the Concerto environment
Develop customer response security information for internal audits
Develop plans for testing of security related measures
Creation of a response team and action plans for security events.
Participate in business continuity planning and projects
Key success factors for this position include the following:
Excellent project-management skills
Ability to work across all business lines.
Strong technical writing and business process writing skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
5 years experience in IT security and IT business process
Excellent technical and business process writing skills
Knowledge of industry security information
Knowledge of IT process in a corporate setting
Vendor relation skills
Project management skills and leadership abilities
Strong organizational skills - ability to prioritize and handle multiple
projects simultaneously
Security certifications preferred
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and Graham-Leach-Bliley
Experience with:
Firewalls and IDS environments
Anti - Virus product sets
Security vulnerability assessments
Internal hardening of systems and networks
Understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities
Application Security and Controls Assessments
Security Management
Business Continuity Management
