Position: Developer
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, US
Type: Permanent F/T

Java Software Engineers
Our client, an Atlanta based internet security company, delivers advanced
enterprise security information management solutions. We have been retained to
hire 5+ permanent, Software Engineers (intermediate to senior) with a Java/Unix
background. They are soon to begin a “redesign” of their
architecture as well as develop new releases of their existing application.
These positions will offer the opportunity to participate in designing the
architecture as well as full life cycle development.
Qualified candidates will have:
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
4+ Years Application Development Experience
4+ Years Java development experience
2+ Years hands on experience programming in a Unix environment
1+ Years experience with Oracle and MySql specifically in the areas of
utilizing these databases from within an application. Additional experience is
a plus.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with J2EE technologies, C++ and
Perl. We would like for our candidates to have a demonstrated knowledge of
distributed computing concepts and multi-threaded programming concepts.
Experience with full life cycle development as well as strong verbal and
written communication skills are a requirement.
