Position: Management
Location: St. Louis or Kansas City, Missouri, US
Type: Permanent P/T

Leading, dynamic professional services company is seeking a rainmaker Sr.
Manager who is not afraid of a challenge or of success. They are looking for
top talent who wants to contribute to the continued success of a growing
practice in Kansas City and St. Louis. Local candidates given strong preference
but will consider others who are willing to relocate AND have ESTABLISHED
relationships in Kansas City and/or St Louis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provide Information Technology (IT) audit reviews of various types of
applications and system platforms including ERP systems, operating systems, and
the review of general IT system controls such as change management controls and
SAS 70 reviews
· Develop SOX 404 process and control documentation
· Document business processes and identify business process controls
related to IT systems
· Communicate business process improvement opportunities to clients,
both verbally and in writing
· Develop and execute a business development plan
· Conduct client interviews
· Facilitate client presentations and data gathering sessions
· Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior staff
· Prepare and present deliverables and presentation material to clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS

· A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited
college/university is required CISA is preferred
· Eight or more years of experience in IT audit, corporate information
systems, information systems risk management, and/or information systems risk
management with a well-regarded audit, tax and/or advisory firm systems
integration or systems outsourcing organization is also required. This should
include business development and project management experience
· Must possess a demonstrated ability to identify business
opportunities, attract new business, and build lasting professional
relationships with senior level IT executives and internal colleagues
· Must also be a seasoned advisor/executive with exceptional
interpersonal skills who has demonstrated the ability to gain the confidence
and respect of senior executives
· Must demonstrate a strong client service orientation and be accustomed
to taking an active role in executing engagements
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
* Track record of being able to bring $1M worth of business to the table.
* Local candidates given STRONG preference although will consider others who
have established relationships in KC and/or St. Louis.
