Position:       Management
Location:       Mission Viejo, California, US
Type:           Permanent P/T

Manages people for product development programs or projects involving 
department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or 
computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for 
external customers. Plans and directs resource schedules as well as project 
budgets. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, 
interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organizes interdepartmental 
activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and 
within budget constraints.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
&#61623  5+ years as a Program Manager in a software development environment
&#61623  4 yr degree in related field, preferably technical degree
&#61623  Intimate knowledge of Program management tools and procedures
&#61623  Good working understanding of standard software development life cycles
&#61623  People management skills including conflict resolution and negotiation
&#61623  Experience using MS Project
&#61623  Ability to set priorities and make decisions
&#61623  Ability to delegate and work collaboratively
&#61623  Good Presentation skills
&#61623  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
&#61623  Ability to lead multi-functional teams
