For our newly established office in Fairfax, Virginia, we are seeking a proven 
sales professional with a history of selling and qualifying business in 
medium to large accounts in a high tech environment. In this position you 
will be responsible for a direct sales quota for closing business and 
managing the daily activities associated with corporate strategic selling. 


Responsibilities: 
* Manage prospecting and sales activities in assigned territory. Identify and 
help close sales opportunities in the territory.
* Use market knowledge, analytical skills, evangelism, product knowledge and 
outstanding communication and presentation skills to sell client offerings to 
prospects and customers
* Seek business in identified market areas, orchestrate customer visits, 
analyze prospect's business requirements, present proposed business solutions 
and demonstrate product
* Develop strategic channel partners
* Define and clarify prospect expectations and ensure smooth sales cycle 



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements: 
* 4-5 years of related direct sales experience in the networking or IT 
security field
* Demonstrated past overachievement relative to sales goals 
* Strong knowledge of networking
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales in the Virginia area
* Experience in developing and expanding new territories and/or new market 
segments 
* Ability to evangelize, effectively influence and negotiate 
* Strong communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills 
* Team player, high energy, positive attitude
