Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Warren, New Jersey, US
Type: Permanent P/T
Closing Date: 04/16/2005
Global Financial Services firm has immediate need for a Data Protection Manager
for this newly created group. Manager will manage a team of 5 engineers and
will work closely with each of the data protection projects to provide
strategic direction and management oversight. The Data Protection Manager will
also work with the executive to create strategy, rationalize the project
portfolio, and provide program status. He/She will alternately be responsible
for the success of the Data Protection program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Data Protection Manager must be able to demonstrate executive level
management skills as well as have a broad based technology background with a
knowledge of a variety of disciplines and technology platforms including
distributed (Windows, UNIX), messaging (Exchange, Outlook, and LDAP), and
Networks (LAN/WAN. IP). The Data Protection Manager must also have experience
in security technology including in-depth knowledge of encryption protocols and
cryptography standars, and an understanding of security vulnerabilities.
Advanced degree preferred. Must have at least 8 years experience in large,
global enterprise environment.
