Job Summary:
Security Researcher: Engineering, detection, capturing, and detailed analysis 
of malicious code, Spyware, and malicious websites. 
Analysis includes details as to what system attributes are being affected by 
the code, what (if any) propagation methods are being used, 
and documenting any other relevant information. 

Essential Functions:
- Network Packet analysis  
- Analyze, translate, and document code behavior
- Reverse engineer malicious code (virus and worms) 
- Participate in research projects with other team members and associates
- Document research tools and systems



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Skills:
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating network packet signatures a plus

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience 
- Experience in Malicious Code Analysis
- Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of C, C++, Visual Basic, VBScript, and Javascript
- High-level knowledge of Assembler
- In-depth understanding of the underlying technologies within operating systems
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP 
- Familiarity with debuggers, disassemblers, the windows registry, and other 
RCE tools required
