Position: Information Assurance Analyst
Location: Arlington, Virginia, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 03/25/2005
This is a proposal position: The Force Protection System Analysts is
responsible for technical and analytical support to the System Engineering
Technical Advisory contractors for standing-up the Under Secretary of Defense
for Intelligence Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Counter Intelligence and
Security, and supporting the Defense Security Service. This support will
consist of multi-disciplined contractor who possesses the expertise and
specialist knowledge required to handle Force Protection requirements for the
Plans and Analysis, Oversight, and Policy Directorates. Areas that will be
supported include disruptive technologies, data modeling, predictive analysis,
research and technology protection, counterespionage, investigations,
operations, collection, dissemination and other functional service areas.
Supports the Program Manager by providing and implementing Force Protection
measures to support government and contractor facilities (CONUS & OCONUS) as
directed by DS
S consistent with government standards, policies and regulations. Make
recommendations on Force Protection enhancements, and assists as required in
updating and reviewing Force Protection plans and policies. Coordinates the
compilation of validation reports and extracts, compiles, analyzes, and
develops validation trend data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Enforcement/Criminal Investigative Service Force Protection Program Manager
Physical Security Management Operations/Budget Management 10+ years, Current
DoD Top Secret (SCI). Working knowledge of DoD force protection policies DOD
AT/FP regulations and directives is mandatory. Excellent communications skills
(written and oral). Competent in data collection, analysis, and presentation
development. Demonstrated ability to prepare exercise plans, exercise scenarios
coordinate and execute exercise plans/scenarios. Demonstrated leadership,
problem solving, and management skills. Have Staff (Operations
Planning/Exercise) experience. Completed Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Level
II Course. Knowledgable of physical security/vulnerability assessments program
implementation. NOTE: Position may require some travel including to OCONUS
locations.
