Our client, a leading Information Technology services firm, is currently 
seeking for Manager for 
its Information Security Threat Assessment services team. This position will be 
responsible for 
the identification and delivery of a wide variety of Information Systems 
security services to 
clients, supporting security strategy, assessment and implementation. Projects 
may include 
security policy development, risk assessments of IT environments, network 
penetration testing, 
diagnostic reviews of key platforms (UNIX, NT, Novell, Oracle, etc), 
Internet/extranet security 
(Firewall architecture, Web server security, VPN. 





JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements: 
-8-10 years in management of Information and Network Security, within a large 
end-user 
organization , or working for Information and Network Security Technology 
vendors, integrators 
of consulting firms in a Professional Services, Pre-sales Engineering or Sales 
Management 
capacity 
- Business development capabilities to assist in generating incremental 
business/revenue 
through regional clients. Candidates must have excellent written and oral 
communications skills, 
as well as the business savvy to capitalize on the firm’s existing client 
relationships, as well as 
search for and capture new clients through sales development and partnerships. 
-Large technology or risk management project expertise that includes the 
development of 
project value propositions, formation of project approaches, creation of 
project teams, oversight 
of project teams, and management of project economics. 
-Experience with recommending and developing systems management, security 
management, or 
identity management technical or management practice solutions. 
-Experience in developing the technology or management skills of team members. 
-Experience in developing and communicating management level messages for 
information 
security, technology management, or identity management. 
- At least 6 years experience in security consulting or security and system 
administration 
- Experience managing multiple large/small-scale projects with varied levels of 
technical 
difficulty 
- Prior implementation or security review experience with any of the following 
technologies: 
UNIX, Microsoft NT, Novell, AS/400, firewalls, Enterprise Security Management 
tools, security 
assessment software (ESM), intrusion detection systems (ISS, virtual private 
network 
- Specific experience performing security reviews, penetration tests, security 
implementation 
services, policy and procedure development and security architecture design 

Business Skills Required: 
-Strong written and oral communication skills that can be leveraged during 
sales presentations 
or client engagements. 
-The ability to work independently with limited supervision by management. 
- Demonstrated track record as a team player 
-Strong people development and coaching skills required  

Education Requirements: 
BA/BS required, MBA and certifications preferred.
