#05-11 Systems Analyst IV (IT Security Technical Analyst) Responsible for 
assisting in the administration of a statewide information technology security 
program, concentrating on technical issues.  Performs independent research, and 
evaluation of emerging security-related technologies.  Develops and performs 
technical vulnerability risk assessments, incident response activities, 
security system design, and scan/penetration analysis and testing.  Assists in 
establishing direction for the statewide security function in state government. 
 Developes statewide plans, standards and guidelines to address new security 
technology issues and trends with a concentration in Internet and E-Business 
applications.  May be responsible for ensuring IT security plans and standards 
are implemented statewide.  


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in 
information systems, computer science, telecommunications or related field.  
Two years related college course work plus additional two years related
