Our client is a subsidiary of the world’s leading IT media research
exposition company.
Position Responsibilities
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Member Services Manager working on
their executive community which provides the most senior executives at leading
enterprises worldwide with research, problem solving and support.
The Member Services Manager (MSM) works with Account Reps providing high-touch
consultative services to senior level executives.
MSMs conduct needs assessment interviews with Council members at enrollment,
advise, schedule, and follow-up on member-to-member peer matches and provide
support on major programs such as Council-wide tele or web conferences.
MSMs communicate regularly with account reps on the activities and status of
their accounts, provide the team valuable "storytelling" information
about satisfied members, and partner with account reps on member renewal.
MSMs provide feedback to management about membership trends and offer proposals
for new Council programs and events.
Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates are extremely detailed, have excellent written and oral
communication skills, are adept researchers, and enjoy a wide variety of tasks
and responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

5-7 years of relevant experience and knowledge of the IT industry.
