Our client is an early stage software Verisign-backed start-up company
focused on a cutting edge technology solution that will, for the first
time,enable individuals and enterprises to quickly and easily share
confidentialinformation with decision makers in a controlled and flexible way
which willenable them to make fast, informed decisions.
If you're totally focused on defining and developing world-class products

You'll be working for equity plus some cash in this opportunity.
This company has a proven team that has worked together in buildingprofitable
and successful enterprises.
The VP or Director of Product Management will be responsible for drivingproduct
strategy and oversee the development of all new products. This
position is one of leadership, innovation, strategic thinking, as much
as project management.
-Experience with retail and enterprise services a plus.
-Assess and develop product roadmap to maximize revenue opportunity and
increase market share.
-Work closely with customers and engineering team to identify product goals,
define and prioritize product requirements, create roadmap and
successfullylaunch product.
-Analyze new technologies and recommend partnerships
-Support product marketing and sales on effective go to market
strategy,
product positioning and messaging, marketing program and strategic sales effort.
-Conduct competitive analysis, and assess the market for new products.
-Establish processes for management of product requirements throughout
theirlifecycle and product release.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Best candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills,
strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and ability to
convert business needs to product solutions. A high level of energy,
passion for addressing customer problems and experience developing a new
business. Minimum 7 plus years of leadership experience in product
management and 15+years of ASP/enterprise software industry experience.
