Software Security Consultants 

Help increase software security, boost productivity, and mitigate the business 
risks of software failure. 

Join a great company as a full time consultant, travel to great places domestic 
and international, and work with clients like Visa International, Texas 
Instruments, AOL, MasterCard, General Electric, Motorola, Pfizer, Ericsson, and 
more! 


You'll analyze software artifacts, fix flaws throughout development and 
integration, and improve processes for subsequent projects. 


As a member of this team, you'll have access and contribute to the foremost 
research facility devoted exclusively to software quality. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Must have: 

· 3-5 years relevant work experience. Security engineering, 
certification and accreditation using NIST 800-37 or NIACAP processes, 
developing certification artifacts, risk assessment, security testing and 
evaluation, contingency and security planning. 

· Familiarity with Federal industry information security requirements, 
standards, and best practices (e.g., SSE-CMM, NIST SP 800-30, ISO 17799, ISO 
15408). 

· Knowledge of security requirements for networks and applications, and 
other security issues. 

· Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

· A Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical 
Engineering, or Computer Systems Engineering. 

· Availability for up to 40% travel 

Ideal experience includes: 

Familiarity with a range of technologies, including firewalls, intrusion 
detection systems, vulnerability scanners, J2EE platform, and .NET platform. 
Security (e.g., CISSP) and/or technology (e.g., Java) certifications to 
demonstrate domain knowledge.
