Position: Security Consultant
Location: London, , GB
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 03/05/2005
Consultants in this specialty work primarily on IT security engagements. They
perform security risk assessments, design security architectures covering
technology as well as organisational and process related aspects. They design
and implement security technology solutions like intrusion detection,
anti-virus, web security solutions, enterprise security management and
administration, PKI, authentication and authorisation systems. Typical skills
include: web access control, firewalls, LDAP, IDS, operating systems security.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in: Security program management in transformational outsourcing
engagements- Planning and implementation of security technologies (from project
management to solution engineers)- Risk assessments, security roadmap planning,
development of enterprise security architectures- Management consulting in
information security strategy and organization- Ability to support and lead the
sale cycle of security consulting, integration, and outsourcing servicesWhat
type of work will the successful candidate have undertaken?- Hands-on delivery
or involvement in large, major IT change programmes- Demanding roles involving
analytical and creative thought- Team leadership-High profile work with tight
timescales. The type of companies you will currently be working for or have
previously worked for - Mainly, although not exclusively, blue chip- Consulting
organizations including Big 5 and boutique consultancies- Industry majors,
