The Security Business Unit's Secure Windows Initiative (SWI) team needs you. We need an energetic Security Development Lead to drive a team that analyzes and exploits weaknesses in default installs, tear apart how products interact, and build custom tools to make this analysis and white-hat monitoring easier. Your team will engage 6-9 product teams a year and have full reign to achieve their goals - ensuring Microsoft produces the most secure software possible. You'll work with teams to understan d their attack surface and how design choices they make affect the security stance of their product.
