Director - Customer Service - Network Security Software

THE COMPANY
Our client is recognized as a leading network security software company with
sales internationally and a strong and seasoned management team. They have also
been recognized with several prestigious network security awards. They are
growing quickly and are looking for a seasoned Director of Customer Service to
create a "Customer Services Vision" and build a Customer Services
Centre that will leave the competition behind.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leader in network
security software. In this critical role, you will report directly to the VP
of Software Engineering and work closely with the management team to implement
customer care best practices, policies and procedures that not only meet, but
exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for the design and
development of a Customer Services Centre from the ground up (infrastructure,
policies, processes and procedures and the team itself).
JOB REQUIREMENTS

THE REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a university degree in Business and/or Computer Science
and a proven track record in building and managing technical support teams
delivering tier 1, 2 and 3 support as well as a proven track record in
delivering outstanding customer care in a technical environment. Experience in
the software development industry, particularly in the network
management/security space is a definite asset.

The position is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Fredericton is a
