Position: Information Assurance Engineer
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 02/18/2005
Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for performing systems administration of multiple networks
(primarily Microsoft Windows with Active Directory) within the DoD Cyber Crime
Center and the DoD Computer Forensics Laboratory. Typical task will include
user maintenance (i.e. creating, deleting), Microsoft Exchange administration,
backup and recovery of computer systems and any other tasks related to the
operation and maintenance of this computer network.
Location: Linthicum MD (near BWI Airport)

Job Requirements
All applicants selected for this position will be subject to a Department of
Defense/government security background investigation and must meet minimum
requirements for access to classified information (TS/SCI). Must be a U.S.
Citizen. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle,
theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related
disciplines. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult
problems. Solutions are imaginative thorough, and practicable. Typically
requires Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science,
engineering, computer information systems) with 3 years experience or
Bachelor's (in the same disciplines) with minimum 5 years experience or
equivalent work experience. Microsoft Certifications (e.g. MCP, MCSE) preferred
