Position: Security Consultant
Location: Houston, Texas, US
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 02/20/2005
We are also looking for senior (5 to 10+ years) Technical IT Security
Consultants, to join the same top global organisation in Houston on a contract
basis.
PER DIEM: will be made attractive for the right people.
The profile is the same as for the permanent roles - people with breadth as
well as depth who have experience of penetration testing, security reviews,
security strategy development, design and implementation engagements
Purpose of roles:
Providing Technical IT security expertise to infrastructure project teams.
Primary Role & Accountabilities
- Technical Security Risk Assessments,
- Network Security Assessments,
- UNIX and MS platforms reviews,
- Network connectivity reviews within the context of B2B ecommerce projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience
Given the nature of the environment, substantial Financial Services experience
would be a definite advantage.
Skills/Competencies
- In depth understanding of specific IT security technologies and processes
- Strong project management skills
- Strong networking and negotiating skills
