Design and maintain the Group eCrime strategy. Delivery of specific elements of the eCrime strategy. Identify key ‘online’ threat areas. Undertake threat evaluation and Risk mitigation strategies Liaison point within the Group for all internal eCrime enquiries and reporting. External ambassador, representing The Banks interests at industry wide working groups. Undertake MI analysis in order to review trends, taking mitigating action where necessary. Provide input to first line support for online incidents. Provide trend, insight, support to the Group AML and Fraud community. Assessments of new ‘on-line’ products and services offered by the Group Maintain threat and attack intelligence knowledge Strategic Solutions (30%) Definition of the overall Group eCrime Strategy Review and assess the operational performance of each SBU against the strategy Responsibility for the implementation of eCrime initiatives across Group and into SBUs Identify accountability and responsibility for each group ‘on-line’ offering and electronic communications. Stakeholder Management (20%) Work in partnership with the SBUs to identify potential eCrime threats and Risk mitigation strategies Manage e-Crime initiatives in conjunction with the SBUs Act as the Group contact point for Bank both internally and externally Business Performance Reporting (20%) Analysis of MI from ‘on-line’ banking channels , Fraud and losses Investigations (20%) Research, investigation and assessment of eCrime intelligence across the internet Analyse data across the industry to assess impact and identify suitable counter-measures for our business Act as the contact point for law enforcement agencies Assist the FCIU in the performance of Special Investigations Relationship Management (10%) Responsible for developing a day-to-day relationship with the external suppliers Representative for the Group at Industry Events JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Essential Leading edge knowledge of current Internet threats, techniques, attack modus operandi and counter measures. Detailed technical understanding of Internet address resolution, browser technologies and payment systems. Excellent working knowledge of Fraud/Money laundering techniques on the internet. Detailed understanding of Fraud risks effecting the industry. Knowledge of banking systems and methods used for processing data. Stakeholder management/supplier relationship skills.
