Job Summary:
Manage named Websense customer accounts to maximize revenue. 

Essential Functions:
•  Ensure maximum customer satisfaction with existing Websense products. 
Orchestrate the available support resources including Websense Field Support 
Engineers, Websense Technical Support, and reseller partners to ensure customer 
is happy with Websense products.
•  Expand relationships within the account by expanding higher and wider 
within the organization to reach all end-user stakeholders with an interest in 
managing the risks associated with employee use of computers.
•  Educate end-user stakeholders on the expanding capabilities of Websense 
products and show how these capabilities deliver cost-saving solutions to 
current business problems.
•  Grow the number of multi-year subscriptions by working on financing 
options within Purchasing departments.
•  Provide regular business pipeline reports/forecasts for all business 
developed and closed.
•  Other duties as assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Qualifications:
1. College degree in business desirable, equal professional experience 
acceptable.
2. 5+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a high tech 
company.
3. Knowledge of sales of software or computer related products.
4. Strong communication skills mandatory, both telephone and in person.  As 
well as skill in selling, time management and organization.
5. Ability to close business while achieving a high level of customer 
satisfaction.
