OVERVIEW

Security Risk Assessment and Ongoing Compliance Management software in a market
that is rapidly expanding due to ever increasing regulatory scrutiny and
heightened organizational reliance on IT.
Today's regulatory demands such as HIPAA Security, GLBA, and Sarbanes-Oxley are
only the beginning as more and more industries face federally mandated
compliance standards legislated to ensure the protection of sensitive data and
critical services. RelSec, with its revolutionary and breakthrough technology
‘RSAM’, provides organizations an Enterprise-Class, cost-effective
risk assessment and ongoing compliance solution.
RELSEC is expanding its product engineering & consulting team in the North East
(NJ-PA-NY-CT) United States. We are interested in recruiting experienced
individuals to become key members of our highly successful team.
POSITION:
SECURITY CONSULTANT – Risk Assessment/Audit/Compliance – North
Bergen, NJ
Knowledge and experience in performing IT Security Compliance risk assessments
in areas such as HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO 17799 etc.
* Technical/project lead for multiple consulting projects or a single large and
complex project
* Detail oriented and diligent in delivery - strong balance of technical and
soft skills
* Requires the highest level of project management and consulting skills
The consultant will be trained in RSAM methodology & technology.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
$90k to $110k annual salary plus large bonus potential
JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree necessary and advanced degree a plus.
* Prior consulting & industry experience (5-7+ yrs)
* 3+ years experience in IT Security Compliance/Risk Assessments/Audits.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from the end user to
senior management within both the business and IT.
* Prior project management and leadership experience ability to articulate
best practices.
* General understanding of various information security compliance areas such
as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA etc.
* CISSP, GSEC, CISA and other relevant certifications a plus.
* Short-term travel may be required

* Ability to think out of the box and adapt/learn quickly
* Ability to work with little direction from senior management
* A person that is able to work as part of a team to deliver to tight
timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.
* Entrepreneurial by nature, motivated by wanting to win.
* A person who wants to exceed the goals set, not simply meet them.
