Position: Manager, Information Security
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 01/15/2005
Main Responsibilities/Duties of Job: Determine Network, Security, and Web
Infrastructure Strategies. Build Tactical plans and manage team to implement
strategic direction through projects and day to day support. Coordinate global
security and networking efforts, including network consolidations, Internet
Access controls, and security actives to protect the Global TSP Business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Position Requirements: Prior experience in managing global networks and
IT security functions. Experience in Cisco, ISS, Nortel, and other
Networking/Security infrastructure. Project management skills required.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive and/or
assertive. Excellent communication skills. Sensitivity to others’ points
of view is required to influence behavior. Ability to work in a team
environment and handle stress.
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years experience (min. 2 Supervisory) in IT
networking/security field, implementing and supporting a global business
systems.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. CISSP certification
required, GIAC Certification a plus.
SKILLS: System implementation, Network Routing, Network Security, Policy
creation/implementation.
OTHER: Building Effective Teams, Action Oriented, Peer Relationships, Customer
Focus, Priority Setting, and Problem Solving, Business Acumen.
