Regional Sales Manager – Central Europe 

Description:
•  A dynamic senior sales professional focused on selling our network 
intrusion detection appliance. 
•  Drive end user sales opportunities with the largest companies in 
Central Europe.
•  Recruit, train and cultivate a fulfillment and revenue-producing sales 
and support channel in Central Europe.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Qualifications:
•  Experienced Regional Sales Manager with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of 
software sales experience. 
---- Candidate must have experience working in an early stage start-up for 
three (3) or more years and preferably more than one (1) start-up. 
---- Proven/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement in at least 5 of the 
last 7 years. 
•  Proven performance
---- Track record in closing large Partner Agreements – Managing National 
and Central European Account Relationships.
---- Track record for managing a large number of partnerships in the territory
---- Track record of closing both tactical and enterprise transactions. 
---- Successful track record of building start-up technology companies
•  Skill Sets required:
---- Experience in applying solution selling methodologies to maximize 
corporate revenue growth.
---- Experience selling complex software-based solutions such as network 
security (Intrusion Detection, Firewall, VPN, and related technologies) or 
Network and Systems management solutions.
---- Experience in training partners, with a focus on knowledge transfer, 
forecasting accuracy, and solution selling methodologies to partner 
relationships.
•  Earnings history of €150,000+ in 5 of the last 7 years.
•  College degree preferred.  Fluency in multiple languages preferred 
(English, German, French)
