Position: Security Consultant
Location: Evansville, Indiana, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 01/13/2005
American General Financial Services is seeking a Lead Security Analyst –
Network for its operation headquartered in Evansville, IN.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversee network security and contribute to architecture strategy
*Review, monitor and validate closing of security GAPS as needed
*Review & evaluate firewall rule set changes, provide CSO with recommendations
*Insure network devices are current with latest virus protection
*Monitor for compliance with standards using AGF standard tools
*Lead small team efforts and tasks
*Participate in various projects
*Support security review process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
*College degree with 7 years security experience (degree preferred but not
required)
*Must have experience with various security monitoring tools
*Must have CISSP
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be a team player
*MCSE (preferred but not required)
*Good MS office skills (emphasis on word and excel)
