American General Financial Services is seeking a Lead Security Analyst &#150; 
Rights Administration for its operation headquartered in Evansville, IN.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversee user administration team and associated processes
*Review, monitor and validate user access privileges and associated 
documentation
*Review & evaluate privileged access requests, provide CSO with recommendations
*Insure &#147;need to know&#148; principle is valid for all granted user access
*Monitor for compliance with standards using AGF approved tools
*Participate in various projects



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
*College degree with 4 years security experience (degree preferred but not 
required)
*Must have experience with various security methodologies 
*CISSP nice to have
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Good MS office skills (emphasis on word and excel)
