About the Job:
The Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the product.
This includes identifying user and market trends, helping to define the product
vision and strategy, creating preliminary design concepts and leading the
testing and implementation of the product with the technical and functional
groups.
Responsibilities: Research and analyze industry & legislative trends in
Internet security and privacy issues.· Ensure the products being
developed are in compliance with leading industry software programs.·
Develop and apply project strategy & standards to new and existing
products.· Provide leadership and coaching to other functional groups.
Build relationships with security software providers and internet security
vendors.· Educate and establish brand trust with Security Software
Provider and technology critics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements
Technical Skills:· Prior strategic planning and project management
experience in a web-based environment.· A business/technical background
that will allow you to develop and evaluate product issues effectively.·
Demonstrated experience in gathering design requirements into a product
vision.· Knowledge of anti-virus, spyware, intrusion detection/
prevention, adware and similar technologies is essential.· Knowledge of
content management systems, distribution networks, and information security.
Professional Skills:· The ability to lead and direct the work of others.
· The ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
environment· Strong organizational skills· Excellent written and
oral communication skills· The ideal candidate will have experience
establishing relationships with software security providers.Attributes:·

Detail· Commitment to TeamAdditional Requirements:· 3+ years
prior Product Management experience required,· Spyware industry
experience required· BA/BS required, emphasis in Information
Technology/MIS is a plus an MBA is a plus · Prior experience in an
Information Technology Security role is a plus.
