The Role
Position: Security Consultant
Location: Munich or Frankfurt
Key Responsibilities:
The Security Consultant must have extensive experience in the areas of security
to provide clients with a balanced understanding of their technical security as
well as the business drivers and processes required to ensure a successful
implementation. In addition, the Security Consultant will demonstrate strong
security architecture skills within the internetworking environment. They also
possess strong leadership and management skills, and utilise a strong hands-on
approach.

· Ability to articulate components of INS’ security consulting
offering as well as of INS’ associated services
· Capability of writing and delivering sales presentations and scopes of
work
Specific Technical Skills:
· Broad experience in planning and designing security architectures
· Excellent knowledge of intrusion detection systems
· Excellent knowledge of Cisco security solutions and tools
· Good understanding of security management concepts
· Good understanding of relevant European security regulations
Experience:
· At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Network consultancy,
network design and implementation
· Very strong security background in security management and operations
· Extensive knowledge of security tools, techniques and methodologies
· Microsoft, Network Management and Storage Area Network knowledge are
desirable
Education:
· Business, computer, or related technical degree from an accredited
institution
· CCSP, CISSP, CISA certifications are desirable
Personal Characteristics:

· Ability to focus on priorities
· Fluent German and English language skills
· EU citizen or already possessing necessary work permits
