Salary: $55-65k plus 5-10% bonus, plus options
Reports to:     VP of Operations
Shift Work-Flexible Hours

Job Overview:   

The core function of the position centers on total customer satisfaction. The 
person that will be hired will be committed to the success of our Client by 
providing the best possible customer service. This individual will be a part of 
a 24x7 team that has eliminated the traditional three-tier service model. Their 
clients expect that when they call, they get someone who can solve their 
problems without being “escalated”.

Job Description:        
§  Monitor the Trouble Ticket system for new calls.  “Take” new 
calls and act on them.
§  Communicate to client, status of the trouble tickets, resolve tickets 
in a timely manner and close the ticket promptly.
§  Assist new clients with the integration of their solution into the 
service environment.
§  Advise the Engineering Department of clients needs and assist in the 
development of new solutions.
§  Advise Sales Department of up-sell opportunities.
§  Monitor network systems for problems and act on them promptly.
§  Assist security in the monitoring of abuse & attack situations, assist 
in their resolution.
§  Physically walk through all vaults listening for alarms.
§  Monitor external gate view using web cam.
§  Work on special projects as assigned. 
§  Answer telephones.
§  Foster a “Can Do!” attitude toward client problems.
§  Work to solve client issues within confines of our Client’s policy 
& high security posture.
§  Assist sales staff in any way possible.
§  Find new & innovative ways to assist clients.
§  Maintain a “Clean Room” environment in the vaults. 
§  Act on every client issue that comes in and fully document all actions 
in the trouble ticket system.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements:

§  3-5 years technical support experience with demonstrated customer 
service skills.
§  Strong written and verbal skills.
§  In depth knowledge of Windows Server / Linux / Solaris. Unix helpful.
§  Working knowledge of enterprise applications (MS-SQL, Exchange, Sun 
One, etc.), IIS & Apache web servers. 
§  Basic understanding of networks and network security.
§  Basic understanding of information security.
§  Attention to detail and exceptional troubleshooting skills.
§  The ability to work both with a team and individually.
