Senior Sales Representative

Managing Wast Coast sales by managing territory 
Identify and target prospects  new account creation 
Use market knowledge, analytical skills, evangelism, product knowledge and 
outstanding communication and presentation skills to sell Decru offerings to 
prospects and customers 
Seek business in identified market areas, orchestrate customer visits, analyze 
prospect's business requirements, present proposed business solutions and 
demonstrate product 
Developing strategic channel partners 
Exhibit creativity in sourcing new business 
Evaluate market needs and communicate new business requirements to Engineering 
to guide Decru in future product development 
Define and clarify prospect expectations and ensure smooth sales cycle 
Manage and partner with West Coast Systems Engineer 
Travel required 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
5 years of storage or security industry related sales experience with 
demonstrated past overachievement relative to Sales goals 
Strong knowledge of networking 
Strong understanding of enterprise sales 
Experience in developing and expanding new territories and/or new market 
segments 
Ability to evangelize, effectively influence and negotiate 
Proven ability to solve client business issues by providing a solution 
Strong communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills 
Team player, high energy, positive attitude
