JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:       Director of Privacy and Security
Location:       Milton Keynes, , GB
Type:           Permanent F/T
Closing Date:   12/03/2004

As part of the Management Board, you will be responsible for all Compliance and 
Risk Management issues for both the Company and our clients.
The role requires you to advise and inform the rest of the business on 
compliance and risk related issues, current and pending legislation and 
regulation. 
You will have a strong understanding of IT and software issues particularly 
with regard to e-mail audit trails and security. 
You will be responsible for managing the companies&#146; relationships with 
relevant regulators (UK & US FSA, SEC, external auditors and law firms). 
You will be a critical contributor to our market credibility ensuring employees 
are informed of and kept updated with their legal and regulatory obligations



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
This role demands a strong leader with at least 7 years experience in Risk 
Management and Compliance with a broad understanding of legislation impacting 
Financial Services and Investment Banking together with Data Retention and 
Retrieval legislation.  
You will be an active participant in Risk Management and Compliance working 
groups and be recognised and respected in the industry.  You will have 
experience of working with and influencing legislators and regulators in both 
the UK and US markets.
