QA PERFORMANCE ENGINEER

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this critical position, within the QA Engineering team, you will be
responsible for implementing QA / test standards, processes and activities for
Performance and Scalability. This will require working closely with the
software engineering team to analyze applications, define test plans, and
create and execute load test scripts. Also, analysis, report generation,
recommendations and communication of the testing results are required.
THE LOCATION
The position is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Fredericton is a
small, beautiful, historic city with two universities, many cultural activities
(including an excellent jazz festival), plenty of recreational facilities and
activities (including a rowing and sailing club), beautiful parks and an
extensive network of walking trails. It also has a vibrant and rapidly

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Our ideal candidate has several years of performance testing experience in a
UNIX/Linux environment, with a background in enterprise software systems. A
strong knowledge of network protocols, routers, configuration and networking is
essential. Experience in measuring and assessing modular scaleable
configurations is essential as is an in depth knowledge of IT protocols,
network configuration, routing and network management.
