Position: Sr. Security Analyst
Location: Clearwater, Florida, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 12/22/2004
Salary Range = $62,924 - $83,989 Pay Grade IT18
Highly technical position providing information security protection for the
County Enterprise Network and County IT resources. Some of the knowledge,
skills, and abilities that adequately describes the position includes risk
assessment, intrusion detection, incident response, vulnerability assessments,
security policy & procedures, security awareness, computer forensics,
investigation, design of secure frameworks, firewalls, security notifications,
application/network/system hardening, and information security consultation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited 4 year college or
university with major course work in computer science, business administration
or related field and 3 years professional computer security work or an
equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Special Requirements: A nationally recognized information security
certification is required.
