This role is purely aimed at the top 1% of security leads globally. The
sucessfull candidate will be currently a CO, Global head of security, Or
Country head, and will have SAP / ERP knowledge.
TEAM LEAD - IS/IT (INFORMATION SECURITY)
To lead the design, master build and implementation of the information security
framework of the GLOBE solution (system applications and technical
infrastructure) and other Group initiatives to deliver secure solutions in
accordance with the overall Group information security strategy, we are looking
for a
TEAM LEAD - IS/IT (INFORMATION SECURITY)
Your main responsibilities will be :
Department coordination
Contribute together with peers to the analysis and resolution of issues related
to departmental coordination
Strategy
Propose and implement the team strategy in line with the department's strategy
Plans & Objectives
Define, propose and monitor the implementation of the team's plans and
objectives, in line with the departmental strategy
Organization
Ensure that the team is adequately organized and structured and has effective
methods and procedures as well as the appropriate business and technical
resources to achieve the agreed mission and objectives
Personnel Management
Ensure that the team is staffed with qualified, motivated and
performance-driven personnel to achieve the agreed mission and objectives.
Ensure active communication between the teams internally and externally in the
project
Cost Control
Propose and monitor the operational budget necessary to achieve the team's
mission and objectives
KPIs
Propose and monitor appropriate indicators to control and measure team's
performance as well as performance of Information Security teams across GLOBE
organization
Values
Demonstrate and promote the company values and integrate them with the
department's ways of working
Communication
Maintain open ongoing communication with Key Stakeholders on all security
related concerns and plans
Group Information Security Strategy
Contribute to the overall definition of the Group information security strategy
in coordination with the Group's CIO, Information Security Manager and Risk
Management. Participate in the approval process of all Group initiatives and
propose security solutions, estimates in terms and costs and resources.
Coordinate delivery of security requirements across all initiatives presented
to GLOBE to enforce the information security strategy for the Group
Information Security Framework for the GLOBE solution
Coordinate with relevant teams to define, design and master build information
security solutions for GLOBE in line with the Group strategy. Ensure GLOBE
Centers are adequately trained on the solutions being implemented. Provide team
input to ensure quality of all key deliverables on various projects related to
Information Security. Manage and porpose re-prioritization of projects based on
budget changes
Risk assessments
Ensure a good balance between information security and business requirements by
reviewing risk assessments on an ongoing basis and escalate high risk issues
for signoff by relevant stakeholders. Ensure ongoing vulnerability review to
improve information protection of the Group
Support the GLOBE Organization
Faciliate knowledge transfer to GLOBE Centers. Ensure 3rd level support and
communication to the 3 tiered GLOBE organization. Monitor the overall
performance of Information security teams across the GLOBE organization.
