Position: Jr. Security Analyst

The Business Analyst will provide professional consulting services by defining,
extracting and documenting requirements for determining Secure Access Protocols
(SAPs) for a network security access plan. This position will focus on
gathering and mapping data for analysis using Excel. The Business Analyst will
interview front line managers up to C-level personnel to determine group
policies and exceptions to group policies for SAPs. This will include
determining the level of access for systems, folders, databases, etc. from a
security perspective.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Two plus years experience as a business/functional analyst with in depth
experience in requirements gathering. Must possess power-user capabilities in
MS Excel with in depth experience working with large amounts of data and
complex spreadsheets and be able to organize the data for report formats.
Experience writing SQL queries using MS Access is highly preferred. Although
this project revolves around network security, only a general knowledge of this
area is necessary. The primary responsibility is to develop/document the
process and criteria to implement Secure Access Protocols.
Must be self-motivated, independent, well organized and have strong innovation
skills with the ability to facilitate issues throughout the project life cycle.
Must also be able to interact with top executive level management. This
position also requires the ability to gain/build consensus and work in
situations that require conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer
and all levels within the organization are required. A proven track record of
exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs is highly desired.
THIS IS A FOUR-SIX MONTH CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT. ONLY W-2 CANDIDATES WILL BE
CONSIDERED FOR THESE POSITIONS. MUST BE ABLE TO START NOVEMBER 22nd.
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Business/Computer Science or related
field.
