Position: Security Consultant
Location: New York, New York, US
Type: Contract
Closing Date: 12/15/2004
Mid-level Security Consultant needed to perform a wide variety of of security
related tasks. As a security consultant you will be performing Security
Assessments/Audits, be writing policies and procedures, and designing security
solutions for our clients.
This position is contract-to-hire. The first 3 months is contract with the
right to hire on permanent basis thereafter.
Contract rate is between $30-$45/hour depending on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Technologies:*nix suite, Cisco Pix, Checkpoint FW-1, IDS/IPS, wireless
security, eEye Retina Scanner, Nessus and other open source utils.
Must have performed assessments or audits in the past.
Must have excellent technical writing and communicative skills.
Pluses:
Obtain or able to obtain CISSP in first 6 months.
NSA IAM certification
Cisco CSA agent
Networking background
