Position: Security Director
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 12/15/2004
My client, a leading provider of high speed network security, is seeking a
strong security director who can lead and pull together their security
acitivites. This is a strong leadership role and will require minimal
supervision. Will work with various departments, working with support,
engineering, and product management teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

The success of this role will include customer satisfaction, the ease with
which my client's staff can access security information, and the extent to
which the products align with customer needs for network security prevention.
You must have IP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, routing, etc. Also network security
protocols (IDS, FIrewall, VPN, and Intrusion Prevention). Excellent written
and verbal presentation and communication skills. 5+ years in the security
market sector and 5+ years in a technical/management leadership role,
preferably in product development environment. Local candidates please.
