Position: Security Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California, US
Type: Contract

Security Project Administrator
The person should be a CISSP, or be able to evidence a 'generalist's'
experience in Information Security.
Must have especially good project management, documentation, and
process/procedure writing skills, be very analytical and a good
listener/communicator.
Experience in Security Administration mgmt/project management, security
administration tools such as bindview/provisioning software, as well as
knowledge of security directory structures such as LDAP and AD are HUGE pluses.
This is a 2 to 3 months contract in San Francisco.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibility:
* Review and document all current Security Administration tasks.
* Complete the draft of and finalize Security Administration Architecture and
primary duties.
* Set security administration standards and draft procedures to follow those
standards. (Whenever possible, these should be designed to support role-based
access standards.)
* Execute a gap analysis between the newly accepted Sec Admin. functional
standard and the processes and procedures already in place.
* Come up with a road map to address the sec admin functional gaps, from a
process, technical expertise and resource perspective.
* Make recommendations for how the migration of network access off of Netware
and onto Windows Active Directory could assist us in this effort. (Whenever
possible, these should be designed to support role-based access standards.)
