Position: Management
Location: Santa Clara, California, US
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 12/04/2004
* 5 Years Experience In Security and Anti-Virus *
This posiiton will focus on developing regional customer opportunities,
bookings, revenue, and profit margin as they roll up towards the overall goals
for North America. At a fundamental level, will focus on improving technical
skills of regional consultants to ensure design and delivery of quality
packages and customer solutions. Additional functions include process
improvement and developing strategic relationships with key individuals in
regional sales organization.
Specific Duties:
1. Business Development for the West Coast
2. Develop scopes, manage proposal phase, approvals and engagement bookings
3. Supervise direct reports
4. Manage daily activities of regional consulting staff, conduct Pay for
Performance reviews, and develop technical skills of consulting staff
5. Manage solution design, accurate staffing and delivery of quality products
and service
6. Manage and control expenses associated with project delivery and consultant
development
7. Develop and manage relationships with local delivery providers
8. Reivew financial reports to ensure accuracy for regional delivery and
realization
JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience managing 5-10 direct reports including project managers or other
supervisory roles in a consulting or customer support environment
* Five (5) years experience performing staff development and performance
management roles
* Experience with budgetary responsibilities in excess of $1 Million Dollars
* Five (5) years experience with managing enterprise deployment projects of
medium to large complexity
* Five (5) years Security and Anti-Virus Experience
* Customer Relationship Skills
* Sales Management and/or Sales Support Skills
* Product Management and/or Product Support Skills
* Degree Required or 10 years security industry experience in IT Management
