Juniper's Security Products Group (SPG) is a combination of Netscreen
Technologies, and Neoteris, Inc., the leading Firewall/VPN and SSL VPN vendors
respectively. These products have generated market-leading revenue growth since
Q1/'02, and combined have trumped the closest competition by more than 2X.
The Application Security Gateway (ASG) division develops appliances/platforms
that enable application-layer security for secure remote access, secure online
meetings, and more. Our SSL VPN product line owns 57% of the world-wide SSL VPN
market and is already used by over 25% of the Fortune1000 and Global1000. Our
Secure Meeting products enable secure online meeting functionality at a

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER – IPSEC
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a next-generation client
for our SSL VPN product. This will include conceptual/design work in
conjunction with another senior engineer, and hands-on implementation of the
protocol and related lower layers of this client. This is a senior position and
will have ownership of a new set of code so previous experience leading small
development efforts is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
- 8+ years of overall experience and a solid understanding of Windows Ethernet
drivers
- Strong C/C++
- Strong Win32 experience at the systems and network layers
- Experience with IPSec, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL and related network software on both
the client and server sides
- BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent preferred
- Linux and/or Mac experience a plus, as is Pocket PC experience
- Experience developing in/around PPP a plus
