Senior Data Security Administrator
SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Candidate will work with team to develop diverse technical and business
strategies in support of the client. Technical focus on developing Information
System Security Analysis and Architectures, Networking, Information System
Security Service delivery and optimization within large, complex environments,
Enterprise Systems Management with expert level background in delivery of FCAPS
solutions, preferably with SIM experience. Business focus will be on providing
strong process and procedure improvement and development experience for HLS.
Candidate will work with Sr Staff, both technical and business leaders to
assist with aligning business and mission goals with required technologies and
delivery capabilities. Candidate will have responsibilities of supporting
strategic and tactical developmental and operational capabilities as specified.
SERVER SIDE focus is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Desired Skills:
Candidate must have experience delivering solutions with the following
methodologies/technologies/tools:
* Network Security management from the policy development level down to
operations and management of firewalls, proxies, intrusion detection systems -
both host and network based, VPN, PKI and directory services/LDAP also helpful.
* Incident Handling and Response experience* Network Technologies from LAN to
WAN, using a variety of vendor platforms
* Prior experience in Network Management in a NOC/SOC environment using at
least 3 of the following: Concord, Openview, ciscoworks, micromuse, Tivoli,
Unicenter, NetIQ are helpful, Intellitactics, Netforensics, Silent Runner,
HyperNOC are preferred.
* Demonstrated platform experience on at least 2 major flavors of UNIX - HP-UX
and Solaris preferred, Linux, Windows NT and 2000, mainframe and or mainframe
integration experience desirable.
-Enterprise Unix Security, preferably HP-UX 11i.
-Experience configuring authentication products such as LDAP, Kerberos, PAM
-Experience in writing design documents, government style, that demonstrate
tractability to requirements.
**Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with at
least 9 years professional experience or Masters degree 7 years experience.
Must be a U.S.Citizen
Preference given to Candidates holding CISSP, SSCP, CISA, GIAC, and individual
security products like Checkpoint, TruSecure, and ISS.
Position is contingent on applicant receiving an required clearance.
