Security, Compliance & Risk Manager
Great Opportunity to work in Eastern Iowa.
My client in Eastern Iowa is seeking an experienced Security, Compliance & Risk
Assessment Manager to lead the team.
The IT Business Assurance team is seeking a manager to lead a team of
individuals responsible for implementing and managing the compliance, risk
management, and information security programs for IT. This individual is
responsible for completing the development and implementation of formal
compliance and risk assessment related programs within IT, and for activities
which have an IT compliance component that may affect the enterprise.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Skills Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or related
field.
• 4+ years experience in information security
• 2-4 risk management and compliance, with an emphasis on information
technology.
• Candidates must have 2 or more years of management experience
• Experience developing and implementing strategic plans for a new program
or service within an organization. The ability to advocate new ideas, even
when risk is involved.
• The ability to manage complex projects or programs.
• The use of influence, negotiation, and persuasion skills to present new
ideas, promote collaboration, and generate buy-in, without having formal
authority.
• Demonstrated customer focus, including the ability to prioritize the
diverse needs of multiple customers.
• The ability to recognize and use information about organizational
climate and key individuals to accomplish legitimate organizational goals be
aware of the importance of timing, politics and group processes in managing
change.
• Experience with a formal risk assessment program (OCTAVE, CRAMM, FRAPP,
etc.).
• Knowledge of IT audit techniques and methodologies.
• Involvement in disaster recovery or business continuity planning
programs.
In addition to the skills listed above, the successful candidate will exhibit

flexibility, leadership, and reading the system.
Salary to $70,000 – $90,000 + bonus & relocation assistance
