Position:       Director, Information Security
Location:       Seattle, Washington, US

The vision of the company is building trust among computer users everywhere, 
and Windows platform security is instrumental in enabling business scenarios 
that require trust. This senior leadership position is responsible for the 
marketing of Windows platform security, so that Windows becomes the platform of 
choice for security deployment

Responsibilities
&#149;  Own 3-5 years strategic plan and 1 year marketing plan for Windows 
Security.
&#149;  Drive strategies and executions of Windows as platform of choice for 
security. 
&#149;  Drive and participate in cross-team efforts with Windows Core Security, 
NGSCB, AD, Windows Networking, and other Windows Server workloads.
&#149;  Drive Windows Security story into Windows Client, Windows Server, CSI, 
and SMI. 
&#149;  Drive value proposition, competitive strategy, and messaging for 
Windows platform security. 
&#149;  Drive Windows Server Security workload market share.

Salary 125K plus bonus


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Qualifications
&#149;  Have a combination of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, product 
planning, sales, and consulting. 
&#149;  Strong leadership. Proven track record of delivering via direct or 
virtual team.
&#149;  Strong presentation and communications skills. Can drive issues and 
initiatives to VPs.
&#149;  Strong in strategic thinking. Can drive a vision to influence 
engineering and other marketing teams. 
&#149;  Strong in execution. Have proven track record of making business 
impact. 
&#149;  Have security background. Have deep customer connection. Understand 
customer segments scenarios and pain points. 
&#149;  Have gone through at least one ship cycle end-to-end of a commercial 
product.
&#149;  Set-directed. Deliver high quality work.
