The vision of the company is building trust among computer users everywhere,
and Windows platform security is instrumental in enabling business scenarios
that require trust. This is an exciting opportunity that provides you a chance
to help customers implement business scenarios using the company’s
products and technologies by providing guidance to them in their own language.
Responsibilities
• Drive the strategies and execution of delivering scenario-based
prescriptive guidance to target customers segments and roles in order advance
the “Windows is the preferred security platform”.
• Define vision and scope of cross-team projects.
• Establish value-propositions of the company’s security product
solutions.
• Deeply connect with customers to understand how we can help them
implement the company’s security products and technologies.
• Collaborate with a virtual team to define the company’s security
framework strategy to ensure that guidance and messages are consistent across
different teams.
• Develop channels and medium for prescriptive guidance to reach target
customers broadly.
• Launch scenario-based prescriptive guidance to the Developers and IT
Pro audiences and drive usage of the guidance
• Establish thought leadership in scenario-based marketing.
• Establish and track quantifiable metrics for determining positioning
and messaging success and impact.
Salary 100K plus bonus
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
• Have a combination of 7 years of experience in marketing, product
planning, sales, and consulting.
• Must have adequate technical knowledge to discuss impacts of marketing
decisions on product and feature tradeoffs with product planning team.
• Proven track record in getting things done through collaboration and
managing virtual teams.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and persuasion skills. Can drive initiatives to
executives.
• Have customer insight and empathy and can translate customer
requirements into deliverables
• Strategic thinking. Can guide content development to deliver the right
content at the right time. Can drive customer requirements back into the
product engineering team.
• Self-motivated. Drive for results. Strong executioner.
• Have deep working knowledge of marketing disciplines. Have experience
in all parts of the product life cycle.
• BA/BS degree. MBA a plus.
