Position: Security Consultant
Type: Permanent F/T
Closing Date: 11/19/2004
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and trials while assisting
the sales organization in the completion of the sales cycle with the Security
product suit.
- Review, Develop Proof of Concepts and perform needs analysis as required.
- Act as technical liaison to the customer, while interacting with multiple
departments with in that customer the organization.
- Ability to canvas for new opportunities to present to the Sales force.
- Interact with multiple departments within the organization.
- Fulfill contractual services obligations for Security products such as
assessments, product Health Checks, Installation,
Customization, Implementation services.
Salary: $80k - $100k
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of Security management experience.
- 5 years of Security practice consulting, pre or post sales experience.
- CISSP Certification.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team based as well as autonomous environment.
- Multi platform experience, i.e. Mainframe, Windows security, UNIX.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Preferred.
Special Feature:
Minimum travel 60-80%.
