Position:       Account Manager
Type:           Permanent F/T

My client is looking for someone to sell their security offerings (Device/User 
authentication as well as asset and identity management) into the Financial 
Services Vertical.  You will be required to go into a variety of financial 
services firms (large banks, insurance companies, etc ...)and “create a 
demand” for their security offerings.  You will work as a business 
development/overlay with existing Global Account Managers in closing deals, but 
a "Hunter" mentality is required in generating interest.  

The chosen candidate will manage and develop my client’s business 
opportunities within the Financial Services business sector.  Strong market and 
customer knowledge of this business sector with a track record of providing 
solutions in Security, and a familiarity or working relationship with any of 
the following: HP, Dell, or IBM Global Services is recommended.  The candidate 
will promote and develop new business  interface with executives at accounts  
create and drive mutually rewarding relationships  travel is required  will 
lead and drive meeting agendas and action items.  


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate will need to possess 7+ years of progressively responsible experience 
in the field of OEM account sales and strategic account management within the 
Security, Asset Management, or Managed Services space  has a strong track 
record of success in managing and working with a Global Account.  A 
bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, 
or Technology relevant field is required.

The ideal candidate will be located in or near a major city where many of the 
large financials are located (i.e. NYC, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, etc...)
