JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an individual to take charge of the Security Policy function
at Group level. The candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience of
policy formulation, application, and dissemination across Management / Control
/ Consultancy environments with the vast majority of experience being within
the financial services industry.
The candidate will be a key player in the strategic assessment and formulation
of security policy. The candidate will assist in the development of a
corporate-wide security strategy and be responsible for the creation,
dissemination and maintenance of effective information security policies and
standards in line with the overall strategy. The candidate must be able to
communicate with all levels of management within the Bank, share the benefit of
their experience, identify and raise current issues and risks, and do so in a
clear, succinct and supportive manner.
The candidate will be required to travel where necessary to enable successful
execution of the role.
